Before troubleshooting, let's make sure there's actually a video to play!

Not Every Lesson Has a Video

Some lessons in BTS contain only an image or document — no video. This is intentional.

Here's how to tell the difference:

| What You See | What It Means | |---|---| | ▶ Triangle play button on the image | There is a video — click to play | | Image with no play button | No video — this is an image-only lesson |

If There Is a Video and It Won't Play

Try these steps:

Refresh the page and try again
Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
Check your internet connection — video requires a stable connection
Clear your browser cache and reload
