Who's Actually in BTS

About 50% of our community fits the "young mom" description. But our second largest group? Women with older or grown kids who are ready to build something for themselves.

We also have members who are: - Career changers looking for more flexibility - Women re-entering the workforce - A few wonderful men who found us and never looked back 😄

The One Thing Everyone Shares

Every single person in BTS showed up with a willingness to learn and a desire to build something real. That's all it takes.
