How to Update Your Payment Information
Need to update the card on file for your payment plan? Here's how to do it based on how you originally paid.
If You Paid by Credit or Debit Card
Your payment information is managed inside your Small Biz Life / Kajabi account. Follow these steps:
- Log in at smallbizlife.com
- Click your avatar icon in the top right corner
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner
- Click the … next to your current card
- Select Replace
- Enter your new card details
- Click Update to save
If You Paid Through PayPal
You'll need to update your payment method directly in your PayPal account. BTS doesn't have access to change PayPal billing on your behalf.
