Life doesn't always go as planned — and that's okay. BTS was designed to be completed at your own pace, and we want to support you through whatever comes up.

How to Request a Pause

  1. Reach out to us using the student question form
  2. Let us know you need to pause your account
  3. We'll take care of it from there

What We Can Do

If possible, we'll also pause your EBN Support Community membership so your 12 months of community access doesn't run out while you're away. That way, you'll have the full support waiting for you when you're ready to jump back in.
