30-Day Refund Window

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. No hoops, no hard feelings.

Because you have 100% access to Kristin's course content and the EBN support community from day one, we do ask that members who choose to stay beyond 30 days complete their payments. This protects the integrity of the course and the community Kristin has built.

After 30 Days

We review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis after the refund window closes. Life happens, and we always want to help when we can.

However, if a significant portion of the course has been completed, we do reserve the right to request payment in full.
